The founder's path

According to Yahoo News, Willson's founder studied electrical engineering at vocational high school, worked several different jobs after graduating, and built experience from the ground up at a number of engineering companies. He then returned to the field he knew, bringing his electrical background and site experience into air-conditioning work. Later, encouraged by friends, he started his own business — and handles everything himself, from talking with customers and checking the site to planning the work.

The article also notes that the founder believes that whether it's installing equipment, site work or later repairs, you first have to look at the actual environment and the condition of the equipment before deciding what to do.Read the media coverage

A Dayuan, Taoyuan AC shop that started on the job site: hands-on experience in AC installation, repair and construction

This article (which calls the business 「威爾森冷氣行」) tells how Willson's founder went from studying electrical engineering at vocational school and working his way up at engineering companies to starting his own business with his friends' encouragement. It explains that the team first learns about the space and how it's used before starting work, pays close attention to steps like vacuuming the lines and pipe layout, and hopes next to invest in technical training and building the team.
