AC cleaning & maintenance service
After running for a long time, dust and moisture build up beyond the filter, in places you normally can't see. Willson cleans and services ACs, planning the work around the model and where it's installed. Before booking, feel free to tell us how your AC is doing.
What we check before cleaning
Every AC is used differently, so before cleaning we find out:
Type and number of units
Wall-mounted split ACs are the most common. How many units and which rooms they're in affects scheduling.
Space around the indoor unit
Furniture and appliances under and beside the indoor unit need to be moved so they don't get splashed with water or dirt.
Current condition
Tell us about any musty smell, weak airflow, dripping or noise. If it sounds more like a fault, we'll check it as an AC repair instead.
Outdoor unit position
The method differs for outdoor units on a balcony, a platform or an outside wall. Never climb out to clean a wall-mounted unit yourself.

FAQ
How often should an AC be cleaned?
There's no fixed answer — it depends on how much you use it, how dusty the room is and whether you have pets. You can clean the filter yourself regularly; if it still smells musty or the airflow is weak after that, or the indoor unit hasn't been cleaned in a long time, it's time to book a clean. What's the difference between cleaning the filter myself and a professional clean?
Filter cleaning is routine care you can do yourself. Dirt deep in the heat exchanger, fan and drain pan needs tools and experience — and water must be kept out of the electrical parts — so we recommend leaving that to a professional.
What should I tell you when booking a clean?
Tell us the brand, number of units, where they're installed (which room the indoor unit is in, where the outdoor unit is) and the current condition — for example a musty smell, weak airflow or dripping.
What if you find another problem while cleaning?
If we find something that needs repair, we explain it to you first and only fix it once you agree. For AC faults, see AC repair.
